01 Enterprise Software How is data synchronised between Logo Tiger and an e-commerce site?
A service reads from Logo and writes to the store; which data moves in which direction is agreed at the start of the installation.
02 Enterprise Software Why does the term on an invoice differ from the real collection term?
The term printed on an invoice is a statement of intent; the real term is the day the money actually arrived. Collections are matched to invoices on a FIFO basis to compute true average maturity, with the opening balance and prepayments corrected separately, so the figure is measured customer by customer.
03 AI Can a decision support system be built without handing corporate data to an AI model?
Yes. The question is taken in natural language, converted to a query, and the computation runs in the database; no raw records are sent to the model. In a delivered installation the number of raw rows reaching the model is zero.
04 AI How do you know the answer an AI gives is correct?
The query and the number behind the answer are shown, so the user can verify the same calculation in their own report. A setup that does not verify model output produces guesses, not decision support.
05 Finance Can I have my own technical analysis indicator coded?
Yes. With a developer who holds an advanced capital markets licence you do not have to explain the formula from scratch. Three indicators published openly on TradingView evidence that background.
06 Finance Does the market software generate buy or sell signals?
No. No signals are produced and no investment advice is given. The software watches the rule you defined across dozens of instruments at once, without emotion; you make the decision.
07 Training What groups does the finance training consist of?
Three groups, six programmes: Financial Literacy (FOYE) is the prerequisite for the other two; the technical analysis group is TAG, ODTA, İDTA and RİYTA; equity fundamental analysis (HİSTA) is a separate programme. Complete beginners and experienced traders each enter at their own level.
